Spring Retreat 2013

Hey Ladies! Spring is just around the corner and that means a weekend away!
Just wanted to give you all the information for the Weekend Retreat in April! It is all booked and all ready for us scrapbookers again! Below is all the information including a special surprise that I know you will all want to take advantage of! So read on:

Date: Friday, April 12-14

Time: Boat leaves at 4:30pm to get the maximum number of scrapbooking hours we can
          Please arrive around 4pm to carry all the stuff to the dock and load onto the boat!

Place: Deep Cove, North Vancouver. The boat will take us up the Indian Arm to beautiful
            Camp Jubilee!

Includes: sleeping accommodations for the weekend- beautiful rustic cabins with bunkbeds and
              toilet with sink. There are shower facilities, too! Dinner on Friday night, breakfast, lunch
              and dinner on Saturday night, and brunch on Sunday.

Bring: all your bedding (sleeping bag, pillow) towel and toiletries, your scrapbook supplies,
         slippers for the main hall, and some comfy clothes. There is also a fridge for some drinks and
         you are more than welcome to bring your own snacks, as well.

Dietary Needs: If you are vegetarian/ vegan/ gluten intolerant, etc, please let me know. The cook
                          is very accommodating to our needs!

Optional Massage and Reflexology Sessions:
YES!!! You read this right! We now offer on-site massage on a massage table! Or reflexology! It is provided by Miranda Perkins-Kortus. She charges $1 per minute for either a massage or reflexology session. Minimum 15 minutes. If you are interested, please let me know how many minutes you would like a session for, and add it on to your total cost of the retreat. You can always bring more money and opt to sign up for additional times at the retreat. But preferably, we should know how many ladies are interested, so that it is worth Miranda's time to come up for the weekend! This is our first time trying this out, and I am so excited to be able to offer this special service to all the ladies!!!
Optional Workshops: We are offering 2 additional workshops that are optional. Here are the details:

Designer Printed Album By: Betty Cost: $25
Let memories light the corners of your mind with this beautiful scrapbook! Covered with coated, heavy-weight paper, it includes 1- page protectors. Album comes in various colours included pink, pirouette, marina mist, soft suede, and very vanilla. This album coordinates with all the Beau Chateau suite products from Stampin' Up! The class includes the album, a package of Beau Chateau Designer Paper (12 double sided 12"x12"sheets) and 24 Beau Chateau Side notes for journaling. I will prepare stuff for us to stamp, glue, punch, embellish and decorate each page! The class will be about 90 minutes depending on if you bring 10-20 photos to include. In this class, you will be making a super cute one-of-a - kind tea dispenser box for a gift. Included is a mini 3 by 3 gift card. A great little gift to make for anyone who loves tea! Take it home and fill it up with some tea, and gift it away! Comes with instructions, so you can make more on your own with your own papers! This class will take betweek 30-45 minutes to complete! Buying in Bulk To Save Money

I save on gift-wrapping paper by buying them in bulk. Even if I only got one pattern, my gifts do not look the same under the Christmas tree because I decorate them differently. Imagine the little black dress; no two women wear it the same. My collection of fabric ribbons and gift ornaments becomes my accessories.
